About Samantha

How did Sam land in the real estate industry, you might ask? Well, after attending Eastern Illinois University, she embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. It was through this work, in catering and event planning for hotels and restaurants, that she developed my passion for helping people navigate life-changing moments. From large-scale weddings to graduation commencement ceremonies, she honed her skills of being dependable, professional, and caring. Her ultimate goal was to create a comfortable atmosphere for her clients and their guests. After a successful 10 years in hospitality, she was motivated to take her knowledge and the network she had built, and transition into a career in real estate.

2024 marks Samatha’s 8th year in real estate. Over the last 8 years she has sold over $85 million in real estate within the Chicagoland area. In 2023 she opened a new office in Downtown Geneva, IL, and most recently awarded the Chairman Circle Gold Award. This award is presented to top performing agents that place within the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway Agents Nationwide. This was a huge honor made possible thanks to her incredible clients.
